SEASON COSTS
$450 per team (Average $30 per player on a 15-player roster)
THE GAME
All games will be played at the CSA Soccer fields in Audubon Park
Games will be each Sunday afternoon or evening, from June 13th through August 8th
Game times: 2 x 30 min. halves with a 5 min. halftime
SCORING SYSTEM
Win = 3 points, Tie = 1 point, Loss = 0 points
Goals = 1 point per goal (max. 3 goals)
Forfeit = 3-0 win (3 points)
TEAMS MAKE UP
Separate Boys & Girls divisions
Teams will be split into divisions based upon ability
Rosters must be given to the referee before the start of each game. Blank roster forms can be found at www.SmothermonSoccer.com
PLAYERS ELIGIBILITY
U10-U14 Players and 8th grade through High School aged players
RAINOUT PROCEDURES
At the field, a lightning detector will sound a warning (games delayed 30 minutes).
Rescheduled games will be posted the following Tuesday
THE SEASON
7 Division Games will determine a League Champion
End of the Season “Single Elimination” Tournament the weekend of August 8th and 9th will determine the Cup Champion
Seeding for the tournament will be based upon regular season results
League Champions will be awarded t-shirts and Cup Champions awarded the Cup!

New Orleans 7 aside League Liability Release
Permission to participate, Release of Liability, and Authoriztion for Medical Treatment. Smothermon Soccer L.L.C. 7 aside League June 1 - August 30, 2009
The named participant is in good health and has my permission to participate at the Smothermon Soccer Soccer Camp. I hereby release Louie Smothermon, Smothermon Soccer L.L.C., Audubon Institute, the Carrollton Soccer Association and all of their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, officials, and volunteers from and against any liability claims and demands for any injury or illness incurred at the New Orleans Summer 7 aside League. I hereby assume complete financial responsibility for any personal injury or property damage created as a result of an intentional or negligent act of my child or ward while he or she is attending the New Orleans Summer 7 aside League. If my child needs medical treatment and my consent cannot be obtained, I hereby agree that Louie Smothermon or other Smothermon Soccer L.L.C. or 7 aside league personnel may consent to appropriate medical treatment for my child. This release will be in effect during the camp dates shown above. I will be responsible for any costs of medical treatment incurred as a result of my child participating in the 7 aside league.
All minors are required to have a parent or guardian fill out the medical consent/liability release form prior to participation and all participating players and parents/guardians agree to the terms above upon participation in the league.
